Rifugio Del Vescovo - Rifugio Chianti, 2021

This is the product that makes Tuscany one of the most famous wine-growing regions in the world, thanks above all to a long tradition refined over the years. The grapes come from the municipalities of Montespertoli, Gambassi Terme, and the numerous neighboring municipalities, in which over 1,000 hectares of vineyards are cultivated by our members. An area that allows us to be the first producers of Chianti in the world. The winemaking takes place with cutting-edge technologies that tend to limit contact with oxygen and to enhance all the characteristics of a Chianti.

The resulting wine has an intense ruby ​​color. The nose is dominated by hints of red fruits such as blackberry and raspberry with hints of violet and iris.
Full and savory flavor, moderately tannic, with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits. A wine that pairs well with mixed grilled meat, noble poultry and cheeses.
