A beautiful light straw yellow color. The perlage is lively, persistent, and subtle. The nose is very elegant, with scents of wildflowers. It is pleasantly fruity with aromas of apples, pears, and peaches. The taste is juicy, full, and balanced, accompanied by intense, elegant fruitiness. Perfect as an aperitif with breaded vegetables, fried foods, cheeses, and cold pasta dishes. Excellent with oysters and prawns, but also with truffles.
